Nose
Very sweet, almost liqueur like with a green fruit note underneath: unripe plum mixed with kumquat and a sweet syrup note. Very creamy.
Palate
Big impact. Tingling alcohol. Some herbal notes. Gentle and clean with a hint of smoke.
Finish
Long, full and clean.
Comment
As a blend of Scottish and Irish whiskies this is certainly atypical, but it works well.
