Nose

Smooth and soft to begin, then some light smoke, bourbon biscuit, roast beef gravy, mint all balanced by gentle vanilla ice cream.

Palate

Praline, butter/cream. Meaty and rich in the centre with gentle oak. Substantial with richness.

Finish

Sweet then smoky/burnt.

This is still improving. A couple more years in cask would have improved it further.
