Nose

Fat and hot. Mealy, bread and buter pudding and a little touch of plumped up sultana.

Palate

Sweet and fragrant. Very floral lifting off into lilac, then pear and a pleasing buzz of spices in the centre. Water allows its purity of flavour to develop. Light and delicate.

Finish

Prickly.
