Nose
Raffia/weetabix to start then dry wood smoke/charred sticks. With water a cooked vegetable note and old trainers.
Palate
Sweet oak when neat. Lightly nutty with a hint of smoke. Water maintains the balance.
Finish
Long and lightly smoky.
Comment
Well balanced. Though peaty it doesn't have the marine phenolics usually encountered on the coast.
