Nose

Lifted and silkily fruity, imagine apple sponge and custard with a little jab of lemon and a whisper of green grass.

Palate

Significantly fatter than the nose suggests. Lots of cream, juicy fruits, a little cinnamon. Dries slightly with water.

Finish

Sweet and long.
