Nose
Mature, complex and powerful. Cold tea, leather, overripe apple, fruit sugars. A lovely, mature mix of brioche, orange, dried peach, black banana, tea leaves, chocolate, almost rum and raisin.
Palate
Old but has sufficient spicy energy. Good depth of fruit, custard-like vanilla. Balanced oak.
Finish
Long sweet.
Comment
Subtle and mature. This is one of those drams you need to take hours over.
