Age: 12 Years Old
Style: Single Malt
Soft malty, cereal notes: ground hazelnuts, vanilla, oak and light smoke.
Sweet, malty and lightly fruity. A slight woody catch on the tongue then the smoke builds up.
Perfumed smoke then a medicinal note.
An interesting experiment...but why not just peat some Glenfiddich and see what happens? You'd have a genuine peated Speyside malt.
