Nose

Leafy with brazil nut, cocoa and even a vegetal note akin to spring onion (this is good). In time there's a hint of oak, toasted hazelnut and a building sweet character.

Palate

Rosehip syrup sweetness and a hint of little blueberry. This fruitiness continues into the mid palate where the wood begins to grip, a little too firmly.

Finish

Crisp and clean.
