Nose

Immediate and expressive. All the scented,exotic lift of Peychaud bitters, dandelion and burdock,Maraschino juice,and rock candy. In time there's a mix of redwood and yew sap and assertive rye.

Palate

Light and clean then candy floss, spearmint,and a blast of spiciness to the finish. Thinned just a little with water where the oak structure comes through.

Finish

Clean and crisp. Cherry tobacco.
