Nose

Zesty. Young. Unripe mango,green with a bacon like note behind,but needs water. Some light grassy notes,\rgreen melon,fruit salad,pear,lychee.

Palate

Neat is direct and hot with lemon sherbert/love hearts.Water brings out elderflower and fruit salad.

Finish

Light. Green grassiness.
