Nose

Rich and warming. Oak, nougat, melted chocolate before sour cherry, rye flour, pot pourri faded roses and light tobacco. Sweet but tart at the same time.

Palate

The sweetness of age and oak is quickly eliminated by nutmeg, allspice,\rcinnamon and pepper.

Finish

Spice.

A more rye-accented single barrel but one which maintains this series' high\rstandard of excellence.
