Nose

Like entering a handmade-furniture store: teak, wood polish, some leather, and wax to start. Then there’s some Kola Cubes, raspberries, and salted toffee ice cream.

Palate

Warm fruit, bananas, and cooked pineapple, then vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and treacle.

Finish

Medium length with nice spice that warms the palate without overwhelming.

This one really pulls you in — it’s got great character and lot of complexity.
