Sweet and soft with lots of vanilla, poached pear and a hint of anise. Just a\rlittle shy.
Palate
Rounded, sweet and creamy. A lovely pick-up of gentle spiciness, apple\rpuree, crystallised ginger. Succulent.
Finish
Lemon and apples.
