Nose

Youthful cereal, sweet barley and hints of apricot, white fruit and straw. Crisp with herbal/grassy notes. Fills out, as the toasted toffee oak appears.

Palate

Straightforward, youthful, exuberant and very herbal with granity fresh citrus and displaying an almost antagonistic, grain-like vigour. Definitely palate cleansing!

Finish

A little short and austere thanks to the mineral and citrus overload.
