Initially slightly savoury, full and spicy, sweet sherry, tangerines and soft oak.
Palate
Smooth, spicy and nutty, honey, malt, more sherry and \ncocoa powder.
Finish
Long, with slightly bitter oranges, liquorice sticks and dark chocolate.
Comment
Aberfeldy handles sherry and age well. A fine example, but a shame this is bottled at 40% ABV.
