Nose
Toasty and sweet, ripe and juicy. Bread pudding, light treacle, dried fruit but there's still a grassy freshness along with oolong-like perfume.
Palate
Soft, generous and with a slow, unfolding quality. Ripe fruits. Rich and mouthfilling with light grip. Big and chewy, but balanced.
Finish
Gentle. Passion fruit juice.
Comment
A leap in quality above the rest on show here. Worth a trip to the still just to buy one.
