Nose

High toned, triple distilled-esque aromas rise above a thick, oily, barley core. Hints of Turkish Delight and rose water seem to reinforce its almost Lowland-like character. Gently spiced with black pepper, cumin and creamy vanilla.

Palate

Young and creamy with the toffeed oak up first followed by sugar sprinkled barley, herbs and olive oil coated banana. Quite weighty with some gentle spices and citrus. \n

Finish

Fairly austere and mineral, although the oils try to balance. Light rose water aftertaste.
