Baked apples and peaches, caramelised fruit sugars.Barley sugar. Generous and very sweet.\rSome complexity.

Palate

Layers of oak,toffee. Mango with a waxy note then in comes green cardamom. Concentrated. The\rtongue tries to prise it all apart. Very sweet.

Finish

Spices save it becoming flabby.

Comment

Long and sweet. Try with soft goat's cheese.
