Nose

Sour. Cider cellar. Very fruity. Pomegranate, cranberries. Then a creamy note. Vanilla yogurt. The first sour note fades away. White chocolate as well.

Palate

Crisp and dry. Raw silk texture. Oak is present but not overwhelming. Sour fruit. Typical rye flavours. Getting spicy.

Finish

Dry, spicy. Ginger and white pepper.

Comment

A classic rye whiskey. Gains balance and sweetness with a dash of water.
