Nose

Exuberantly estery and fruity with pineapple, banana, guava, melon, creamy oak and a touch of eucalyptus. A touch of pomegranate and musky flower emers along with a late toffee note. Over time the toffee begins \nto dominate.

Palate

Crisper and less estery than the nose, showing more barley, but the sub-tropical under-ripe banana, melon and pineapple are still there along with the toffee. Quite herbal, almost rye-like on the middle. \n

Finish

Long, juicy and really well balanced. \n

An all-round lovely malt. An Irish rye whiskey perhaps?
