Nose

HUGE oak impact. Starts like an ice cream float (on cherry cola), then becomes even sweeter: sponge cake, banana loaf. Add water and there's a lightly singed note from the wood.

Palate

Slow and sweet. Tropical fruits all mushed together with vanilla, but still has a balancing grip.

Finish

Long and rounded.

A wonderful rum...sorry, whisky! You can feel the calories piling on when you drink this.
