Nose

Very light and slightly exposed. Malty/dusty flour sacks, felt. A little vegetal. With water, oaky.

Palate

Better than the rather plain nose with better integration. Lemon, flour again giving a slightly puffy quality. Hints of a floral border. Water picks it up a little more adding sweetness, but preserving clean acidity.

Finish

Delicate.

Once in the mouth things start to happen but a little too restrained.
