Nose

Intense, ozone-like and hot (though not unpleasantly so). Sashimi, yuzu and\rsamphire. Freshens further with water where a grassiness emerges along\rwith peat smoke.

Palate

Immediate smoke. Oily with the fullest expression of the intensity seen on the nose. Crab shells, citrus zest, wasabi, brine. Bracing and salty with light pine.

Finish

Embers.
