Tasting Notes

Nose

Elegant, complex and layered: pot pourri, dried peel, cashew, lightly caramelised fruits, praline, pistachio, vanilla, clootie dumpling.

Palate

Builds very very slowly in the mouth. Fresh, and though seems delicate has a mellow weight. Complex.

Finish

Long, softens.

Comment

Superb balance and complexity. A belter.
