Nose

Dark sherried colour. Some black fruits alongside date and fig. Smoke comes through with some violet.

Palate

Fresh and slightly ozonic. The midpalate has salted chocolate. Very clean and quite zesty, with a floral edge towards the finish. Doesn't like water.

Finish

Clean and light.

Balanced and fine.
