Oak driven. Crushed toasted hazelnuts on top of a banana and chocolate dessert. Needs time to open and show its full rich sweet depth.

Palate

Gentle and well layered. Cigar, caramelised peach. Deep and balanced.

Finish

A rich concentrated fruitiness that then gives way to a crisp oak.

A classy package with the rum adding its character to an already well-matured spirit. This is what finishing is about.
