Nose

Lots of citrus with orange fondant, orange blossom, mandarin segments and freshly peeled tangerine skin. Hints of manilla and hand soap.

Palate

Very juicy and mouthwatering with rhubarb jam and ripe plum emerging. Warming cassia, aniseed and cinnamon on the side of the tongue with a little lavender after time.

Finish

The syrup-like texture becomes waxy.

A very quaffable dram.
