Nose

Sweet shops. Cherries and vanilla. Cranberries. Fruit dies back revealing buttery, herbal notes. Sage, green tea and honey.

Palate

Viscous and creamy, with aniseed, cranberries and warming wood. Cinnamon, clove. But it isn’t aggressive. Raspberry jam. Blackcurrants – concentrated squash. Vanilla, naturally, and maple syrup.

Finish

Warming and slightly too woody, but brings cinnamon and chewy raspberry jam.

Simple stuff, but utterly delicious.
