Nose

Colour suggests real age, as does the initially muted nose but in time there's crystallised ginger, raisin, mushroom, peach, fondant icing and hint of peat.

Palate

Very gentle but still sweetly fruity and spicy and a crackle of energy in the middle.

Finish

Light peat. Fades away gently.

Another cracker from the vaults. Burn Stewart must be rubbing their hands with glee.
