Big-boned and gentle with decent dusty rye alongside toffee apple, herbs\rand and crisp new warehouse oakiness. Becomes woody with water.

Palate

Cinnamon/cassia and the sweet dustiness comes through notes of damask rose and grippy wood.

Finish

Firm and oaky.
