Raisins, then more meaty with bresaola, biltong, tomato leaf and paprika. Red Thai curry and lemongrass.

Palate

Burning cinnamon stick and espresso with dissolved muscovado sugar and dark cherry chocolate. Quite drawing at the back of the palate. \n

Finish

Hot, grippy and short.
