Delicate. Blancmange. Tangerine juice. Fresh aniseed note. Dill. Angelica. Hint of lime. Very refreshing.

Palate

Smooth. Lusciously soft. Perfect balance with the nose. The aniseed character shows up. Elegant,well structured. Underlined by soft spices.

Finish

Soothing on chartreuse-like notes.

Comment

A lovely dram, more spring-time than autumnal. To enjoy with shellfish.
