Nose

Beautifully mature with that lovely aged tropical character – melon, apricot, acacia honey and sawdusty oak. Seriously honeyed with hints of barley, thyme, rosemary and fragrant malt. The sort of nose I could spend all day sniffing!

Palate

Velvety and super smooth. The flavours glide beautifully over the tongue. Mature, honeyed and tropical with malt, barley and subtle oak. Mouth-filling and deep with a superb balance. \n

Finish

Long and quite citric with a touch of coffeed tannin and herbal after-taste. \n
