Very nutty. Dry autumn leaves. crispbread. Slightly bitter. The bitterness. Marmalade-like sweetness (Golden Shred) with water. Some maturity on show. Hot pastry\rand honey

Palate

Very dry and nutty to start:almond and brazil nut.Some depth in the centre,then a chocolate/cacao note. Oak grips.The dry leaves blow back .

Finish

Very crisp.
