Palate

Oily and silky. Sweet, mellow, candied quinces and orange. Dried seaweed. Drying, smoky notes.

Finish

Warm, spicy with a touch of hot pepper and curry. Caramelised almonds.

Comment

Sauternes adds fruity mellowness without obstructing the splendid sea influence. A real beauty.
