Nose

Rosehip syrup, bramble and apple tea, and rhubarb. Exotic wood and has a lovely waxiness like rose flavoured lip balm.

Palate

Paradise cake made with raspberry jam, almonds, cherries and walnuts. Tea soaked fruits, caramel and some savoury notes emerge, like hoisin sauce and soy.

Finish

Soft and melting, takes its time.
