Nose

Tropical fruit monster – guava, papaya, melon, pear, banana, apricot, peach and lime. Mature and deep with acacia honey, minerals and dusty oak.

Palate

Opens with a little more minerality, citrus and barley but the mature tropical fruit is still there, if a little subdued. Very citric and mineral on the middle but the creamy oak smoothes the edges. Absolutely majestic! \n

Finish

Citric and minerally with the echo of the tropical fruit lingering along with some toasty oak. \n
