Nose

Fresh, slightly tangy. When aerated, the fruit comes out. Redcurrant and gooseberry bring in a fresh touch. Lime zest, aniseed. Obviously young. More aniseed. Drying grass. Sweeter notes. Butterscotch. Vanilla yoghurt. With water, Williams pear.

Palate

Sweet maltiness. Very flowing like light silk. Fizzy feel on the tongue. Vanilla syrup. Kiwi fruit. Water cuts the edges and enhances sweet cereals.

Finish

Slightly biting, dry and crisp.

A straightforward clean young whisky. Water to tame the alcohol bite.
