Nose

Masses of sweet oak: cocoa, hot butter, taffy, chocolate ganash and some light cherry notes. Some cereal alongside polished oak and nuts.

Palate

Excellent layering effect. Flows across the palate: creamy and smooth, hot gorse and very chewy.

Finish

Red and black fruits.

Comment

There's masses of oak here, but it has real sweet-hearted charm.
