Nose

Floral with lots of camomile/jasmine tea. Behind is golden syrup, wet raffia and a little wholemeal flour. For its age still green and slightly sappy with only a little waxiness suggesting long maturation.

Palate

Clean and sweet with drying grasses, lemon and a little chalkiness. Maybe a little passive with water.

Finish

Greengage and fresh acidity with just a hint of soap.
