Tasting Notes

Nose

Charming acacia honey and demerara sugar within a floral theme of pansies and violets.

Palate

Initially enclosed and oaky. Pans out to allow a richer, toffee-cream and intensely malty middle.

Finish

Medium length, simple mixture of oak and barley.

Comment

A well-sculpted malt with a restrained richness and limited complexity. Lovely weight throughout.
