Tasting Notes

Nose

Wine gums and salt: breezy and quite polished.

Palate

Hard as nails: another that shows Irish pot still characteristics - and how. The barley is hard enough to break your teeth on but brilliantly mouth-watering.

Finish

The oak is subdued by the barley concentrate, which continues to overwhelm the taste buds. Fantastic.

Comment

Is it too late to transport this dead distillery brick by brick to Ireland? The most Irish Scotch of all time! Astounding.
