Tasting Notes

Nose

Grilled Brazil nut and a little dry hay mixed with milk chocolate. Quite\rcreamy. Medium weight.

Palate

Dried apple and pear galore. Again, some meatiness and earthiness at the root but it's those hard orchard fruits which dominate - by the time you add water there's some treacle sticking to the apple skin. Supple and long.

Finish

Mixed spices.

Comment

Balanced and appealing.
