Nose

Dried lemon peel. Fresh and floral, daffodil/iris and touches of dry malt. Shifts into tisane, straw and apple.

Palate

Very soft with good flow. This has more of a juicy guava like softness. Silky and almost wine like. Well integrated oak which adds a lightly spiced element.

Finish

White pepper.
