Nose

Red apples and dried fruits (apple, coconut and papaya). With water a mustiness comes out, although with a fine oatiness like muesli-dust. Floral too.

Palate

A complex mix of fruit, chocolate and lots of wood.

Finish

Drying tannins grip to the tongue.

Comment

Tannic but pleasant enough old malt.
