Intense, perfumy. Rich, buttery. Madeira cake, orange peel. Enlightened by a persistent floral note. Freesia. Opens on exotic fruit. Fresh pineapple juice. Complex, releasing waves of enticing aromas. Some salty butter fudge.

Palate

Satin-like texture. Smooth to start with then drying with a pleasant crispy feel. Baked apples, a touch of honey. Gentle spices again.

Finish

Dry and long, with a gentle astringency.

A superb nose, the palate is slightly restrained but still very enjoyable and harmonious as well.
