Nose
Bold and oily with a slight sour note reminiscent of goats cheese. Smoke, sealing wax and stables.
Palate
Better than the nose, army blankets, nutty but then the sour lactic note reemerges in the centre. Big and briny\rwith mink oil.Richly textured.Oil skins and some smoke.
Finish
Thick and clinging.
Comment
The nose is off-putting,which knocks the score down, but the palate delivers.
