Tasting Notes

Nose

Floral, the barley sugar, stewed apple, dry grass, toasted marshmallow, butter, light spices and balanced oak.

Palate

Sweet and light, but with a full, soft centre, the floral notes balanced by the oak.

Finish

Clean and dry.

Comment

It's held up superbly well and has good weight for such an apparently gentle spirit.
