Nose

Clean, cereal-dominated nose: nutty wholemeal toast with some butter. In time a soft toffee note/apple sponge. Water crisps it up. Fresh and quite light.

Palate

Soft and mealy with pleasant light tangerine notes. Clean. Medium dry.

Finish

Light, clean. Floury.

An everyday, mid-weight malt.
