More cask involvement here. Mature. Somewhat akin to a trifle (cream, custard,red fruits,sponge cake,\ralcohol) pear and a light.touch of spicy (anise) oak.

Palate

Holds higher alcohol well showing there's plenty of flavours locked in. Good grip.

Finish

Spices galore.

Balanced,mature and elegant. More robust than you expect from Lowlands. Recommended.
